Safe, great neighbours, would recommend!

With regards to building management there are great cleaners and the onsite estate manager is very responsive. The property is spacious, it is a nice estate. There are great facilities and everyone looks out for each other.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Likes: close to schools, great transport links, quiet area, nice neighbours and community
Dislikes: there are not enough places to play football for kids

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking rules and restrictions as well as the limited space for ball games. Even the green spaces are restricted.

Nice enough

The new houses on the development look smart and modern and there is plenty of parking. However, the older houses that are still there look dated. Houses on the estate are affordable for the area. Local shops are convenient for essentials but only have a small selection.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Local shops are are convenient but the houses are very close together

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The house looses heat easily

What is the best feature of your home:

It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms giving plenty of space for a small family.

Quite and peaceful habitat

While I’m new to UK and just bought our own house, I don’t quite understand the logic of having boarded walls and non concrete floors. The layout in the area is nice and the feeling of community is there. Love the open space and greenery around and the council does a good join of keeping the area clean

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is very peaceful and I like the quite and non noisy area. The area is also we’ll kept. Unfortunately we only have one shop which is Londis. Would like to see some more shops around. The neighborhood is nice

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would suggest checking all the important equipment like boiler(makes loud noise sometimes) bathroom (water does not drain properly due to wrong inclination)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues have been reported as yet and didn’t need to contact building management

Modern development with good transport links

The property gets too hot during the summer and then too cold in the winter. The heating bills are expensive! Location is great – there are two nearby train stations buses. Its not far from Richmond either. Overall it’s a quiet neighbourhood

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I dislike that it is right beside a road and that there are segregated parking areas. Drivers dont know the area very well, I am always having to direct them to my place. Also the middle road always floods when it rains – poor drainage.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You are not alllowed to change your bills company through housing association because of the contract.
