Safe quite

The maintenance costs too high. I like most of it really including the design which looks very well thought out. There is lots of space to store things which is very useful for me as I have lots of things. I would bring more trees around the area. The design is new though and I prefer older houses.

It is safe and quiet but there are no local little shops around. The area is self contained and the area is safe for kids because there are no cars which is good. Surroundings are not amazing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rise in maintenance costs.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the kitchen the best. It’s designed really nicely.

Safe, modern,

The kitchen is really big and the apartment has nice outdoor area. The storage is good however there could have been a little more space. The living room is huge and I like the design. I have only been here like a month so I haven’t had any complaints yet.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Safe and modern. Really nice. Really convenient to go to work. Getting to work is easy and Bath is close. There could have been a little shop in the area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am satisfied with this and I don’t feel there is anything that I wish I would have known before.

What is the best feature of your home:

The living room is very big and the kitchen is well designed.

Expensive

The apartment is very expensive. The bills are high and we have to pay a lot for heating costs. I like that there are no cars in front of the house so it’s safe for kids. The design of the apartment is very nice.

This development is very expensive but the location is good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is a lease hold with high management cost.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

It could have been cheaper. It is rwlly expensive with all the costs.

Property is good for families

It is a lease hold so we still have to deal with all the issues as they are ongoing and it has central heating underneath the floor so we still have to pay the heating costs during summer. The maintenance cost is also high.

We love that our children can play around this place and that we do not get to worry so much about them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We did not know that the service charge was going to be double in the space of two years.

What is the best feature of your home:

To be honest I do not know, I guesss everythink is ok for me.
