We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The development is always clean - managed well and the design is eye catching and unique. I have never seen anywhere like the development and the restaurant on site is amazing! I haven’t had to deal with property management as such. I love living here.

The maintenance costs are increasing for my house. I like everything else about this property. I like the design and the layout. I have no complaints about the quality and the whole place is designed quite nicely.

We bought this from the show model so it was already furnished and designed nicely. I love the interiors. The facilities are very close. My hair dresser is very nearby. But the maintenance cost is very high. The storage space is enough for two people.

The maintenance costs too high. I like most of it really including the design which looks very well thought out. There is lots of space to store things which is very useful for me as I have lots of things. I would bring more trees around the area. The design is new though and I prefer older houses.

It is a lease hold so we still have to deal with all the issues as they are ongoing and it has central heating underneath the floor so we still have to pay the heating costs during summer. The maintenance cost is also high.
