Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

When we moved in the nearest shop was Tescos on Victoria street. The addition of Mokoko and a Sainsbury’s in the building has been massive. Pasty shop down the road is great and so close to the train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always happy to try and sort out issues, but took over a month to fix the oven door. Intent is there but lack of spare parts kept on site seems to be an issue (piston for ottoman bed took a while etc). When lifts or hot water go out it can be a lengthy wait to be fixed. Otherwise very responsive and helpful!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pasty emporium is great, air filters should be changed semi regularly. More storage than it seems!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Under the building, you will find both a sainsbury’s and a coffee shop, just seconds away from where your doorstep. There are also allocated bin areas and a garage for either your bike, car, or motorcycle. There are scooters parked right outside too for convenience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is always inspecting the apartment for any issues and, if any, makes sure to finish them off for you in the same week if not the same day.

I wish I had known about this accommodation before renting out in another apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great it’s very close to the center and as a student provides easy access to any facilities I need :)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been great and very quick to fix any complaints that were had.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really comes to mind immediately the flat has been very satisfactory!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quite and secured area with a limited restaurant's, 5 min walk to Bristol railway station and limited parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management were helpful and excellent specially Mr.Cosmin he made our transfer to the building smooth. Thanks

Everything were good, area require more greens. Also noisy in some days morning time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the local area is generally pleasant, with a good range of shops nearby, plus open green spaces for walking and relaxing. Transport links are convenient, with buses and trains running regularly, although traffic can be busy at peak times. The staff, especially Vilius, is very friendly and nice, always welcoming and helpful, which makes the experience even better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded quickly and efficiently to any problems, resolving issues in a professional manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym room is good and well-equipped, which makes it very convenient to exercise without needing to travel elsewhere. It’s a great bonus to have in the building and something I really appreciate since moving in.
