Plenty of parking space, bin collections is convenient, the neighbours are considerate, and the streets are safe. Lots of amenities nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been a great highlight, responding to problems I raise and very proactive at resolving the issues. Especial thanks to Nicole, Lena, Naa, and Joanne.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I can't think of anything specific, do reach out to the building management if you have problems, they're very approachable and take your problems seriously.

Springwharf is perfectly placed near to the river, grocery store & city making it an incredible convenience as a tenant
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management have been efficient and extremely helpful when any issues or problems have arisen in the past, making it pleasant experience
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I'm a huge lover of how the Springwharf Apartment management provide incentives and fun games and prizes for tenants on a month to month basis, something that i have personally never experienced in past accommodation areas

The development is in a prime spot, closely connected to transport links and amenities! Riverside walks are close by, as is a mainline station which is extremely handy and Victoria Park is only a short walk. There are several cafes on the doorstep along Moorland Road with the City Centre being walkable too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Incredibly well, whenever we have had an issue they have been to resolve them pragmatically and efficiently.

This is a tricky one because I don’t feel that I needed to know anything really. The onboarding into Spring Wharf as a resident was seamless.

I would like to express my gratitude to Spring Wharf for welcoming us so warmly. Our experience here has been nothing short of exceptional, making us feel as if we are in our own home rather than a rented apartment. From our initial inquiry to the present day, the service provided has been outstanding, reflecting a deep commitment to resident satisfaction. I am particularly very grateful to Nicole, whose gracious assistance and thorough responses to all of our questions have been invaluable. My heartfelt thanks also extend to Lena, Naa, IVO, and Benea for their swift and efficient handling of any support requests we have made. Each interaction has been met with a professionalism and kindness that truly sets the team apart. Furthermore, the thoughtful construction of the building demonstrates a keen understanding of optimal functionality and design, accommodating a range of practical needs with elegance and efficiency. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and care that has gone into creating such a wonderful living environment. Thank you once again to everyone involved for making our stay at Spring Wharf so enjoyable.

We had couple of minor issues for which the BMS promptly and come up with the resolution.

Best place to live- home feel place. Perfect place for tenants who are looking for long stay

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Just 10minute walk from Moorland Road a community of Independant shops and restaurants/take aways Everything you need aswell as hairdressers /barbers and nail bars .. 5 mins from the town centre on a bus or half an hour's walk along the beautiful river . Lots of walks in he area .. If you dont need a car all the better ,parking is Expensive and not always guaranteed..Living by the river is peaceful although there are times when its noisey from Roseberry Road Studios ..Hear a lot of sirens living by the road .. And there's a lot of dust from the Upper and Lower Bristol Rd in which Spring Wharf is sandwiched between .. Bin collections could be better
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Although onsite team get back quickly . If outside contractors are then involved it takes time ..No always great
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Getting rid of 24/7 concierge.. Wish ithe site t was kept cleaner /tidier inside and out .. Buildings not sound proof .. you can hear everything from your neighbours above you .. let out to too many Students , of which treat it like halls of residence... Love living by the river, good for the mind and soul ..
