Pretty close to centre, only 15 minutes walking distance, flat level. Lidl close to you and Costa coffee shop. Bus stop just outside the building, Victoria park just 5 minutes away. Overall a very good location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had any issues since i’ve moved in. Every single time I had a question about something small they were there to help me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish to have moved in earlier than I did. I’ve spent so many months looking for a place to move and I’ve never thought moving in Spring Wharf.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plenty of amenities nearby like a gym, grocery store, trail, parks, and pub all within a short walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any problems or issues to raise with building management.

Americans DO NOT need a share code. Just your visa

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location! Lidl, M&S, Sainsbury...within 15 minutes walking distance. The local Locksbrook Inn is my favor pub. To/from town center or Bristol, the bus/train station is just nearby. Two way tunnel is opposite the road, perfect for dog walking. The only drawback is the traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All the maintenance requests are answered promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The traffic noise! Apartments facing the river will be better. Good news are you might move around within Spring Wharf... just talk to the friendly management team!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good area with a bus stop 100 metres from my door which got me into the city centre in 5-10 minutes. Also has a lovely organic food shop right below.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very helpful and efficient when I had issues and were quick to help out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The walls are quite thin so you have to monitor the volume at which you do things.

Very close to Lidl, McDonald’s, Costa and Tesco express, within a 30 minute walk of bath spa train station and 10 minute walk from oldfield park station. Bus stop located very nearby which goes to Bath city centre every 10 minutes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn’t have any problems but staff were friendly and offered to help whenever needed

Wish I had of known how loud the fan is when the bathroom light is turned on
