The design, and structure of rooms are spacious and vibrant with sunlight passing in. More the rooms are fully furnished and it's built to rent property which is excellent. The atmosphere is nice to enjoy and regular events are good to enjoy with fellow residents.

Communal areas are always well-kept

JB (Tenant)

Sept 2024

Communal areas are always well-kept, the apartment is spacious and feels nearly-new. Nice to have an outside area for residents that is fairly private. Parking is available at an extra cost, with spaces being secure and accessible only to residents with fobs.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location, with nearby shops and public transport links (Bus and train stops just around the corner.)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't had any problems yet. Management were very responsive when we were going through the application process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parcel room is accessible 24/7, which makes picking up deliveries much easier than having to come down during reception opening hours.

Great Apartment, Even Better Management Team

Jackie (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Sept 2024

The apartment’s design is both modern and practical, with a spacious layout that makes it feel larger than expected. It comes with a great kitchen/sofa open layout, and an entryway that includes a utility closet (washing machine). The fixtures and finishes are of high quality, and the facilities within the building are impressive, including a gym, secure bike storage, and a terrace that’s perfect for relaxing. The communal areas are always well-maintained. However, there are some minor issues within the apartment that are from mainly wear and tear, which might be a deterrent to some. The walls are not fully soundproof and I am sometimes able to hear my next-door neighbours running around etc. Maintenance issues, though rare, are addressed pretty quickly. Property management is also really professional and responsive, ensuring that any concerns or inquiries are handled swiftly. A special shoutout to Tomas, Luke and Scott who were super friendly, helpful and supportive when I first moved here. Overall, the combination of stylish design, excellent facilities, and responsive management makes this apartment a standout place to live. One of the unique aspects of living here is the regular events hosted by the building management team. These gatherings, whether casual meetups or themed events, help bring residents together and foster a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a nice touch that makes living here more enjoyable and adds to the overall community feel.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve really enjoyed living in Spring Wharf; the surrounding area is great! The area has a good mix of shops with M&S and Lidl nearby, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, offering plenty of variety. Open spaces are also nearby, which are great for walks and outdoor activities. Transport is convenient, with regular buses like U5 to city centre and the train station, though rush hour can get busy. Bin collections are reliable, and I haven't experienced any issues with traffic noise, making it a peaceful place to live. The apartment features a fantastic shared patio area, which serves as a great spot for socializing or enjoying some fresh air. It’s perfect for relaxing with neighbours or friends, and it adds a real sense of community to the building. The only downside is only if you are a serious gym user. The on-site gym is pretty small and doesn't have much equipment but is perfect for most! If you would prefer to opt for a bigger gym, there's a PUREGYM right downstairs so it's really close as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been highly responsive to any issues I’ve raised. During the move-in process, they quickly addressed a few minor problems, such as fixing a broken cabinet in the fridge and answering my concerns about bulges in the floor panels. They replaced the cabinet issue in the fridge within two weeks. Their communication has been pretty prompt and professional, ensuring that all maintenance requests are handled efficiently. I appreciate how they stay on top of issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to know more about the schedule of community events and amenities beforehand, as these turned out to be great features that I didn’t fully appreciate until after moving in. It’s something that could’ve made the decision even easier!

A place we can call home!

Ali R (Tenant)

Sept 2024

We have been here for a few months now and literally have nothing to complain about. The development is great - safe, clean, well maintained and pet friendly! The one thing that stands out is the excellent management team - they are super helpful and nothing is too much to ask. They have hosted some great events too which helped us to meet some new friends in the new city. The apartment is nice with a modern design, also having a balcony is excellent and allows you to have a quick break on fresh air and relax when it’s nice weather. Parcels are well looked after with the parcel store. We previously lived in the residential blocks in London, but it was nothing to compare to this place, we actually feel that this is our first place we can call home. We are really happy to be here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything what we need is around. The location is great, quiet but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick. We have had only a couple of issues in the apartment so far, but we raised it with the team and it was always sorted within a few days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We had only Whatsapp viewing, so the apartment looked slightly bigger, but we have spoken with the manager with the offer to move to the bigger apartment after first 6 months if needed which is very helpful to know. We love living here so far!

Modern, friendly site

Great faculties from the bbqs, parcel room, gym and allotments. Building is managed well, all issues seem to be resolved pretty fast. I like how the buildings are spaced apart instead of large tower blocks. The windows are triple glazed which is perfect for the road noise!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

the development is modern I like the gym and the other areas of the building. I really like the events and the outdoor area is really good and the atmosphere is very homely and welcoming and the staff are lovely. The location is great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue with our washer dryer and it was replaced next day after the engineer dated it was unrepairable!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how great this place was earlier, we have lived in bath for a few years now and wish we started here!
