The area is very nice, flat overlooks a small park and there are lots of green areas nearby. Lots of good independent shops nearby. Good transport links, close to Caledonian Road tube station and Highbury and Islington overground/tube station. However, Caledonian Road can be quite dangerous.

Convienent central London flat close to my work. The flat is also close to lots of restaurants, pubs and shops.
Convienent, central, shops, restaurants and pubs. There is nothing I dislike about the area.

Trip to the bins is inconvenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had any isssues that have needed to be responses to but any email communication has been quickly responded to.

Area is good if you need to commute for work. The views of the river are very nice and the surroundings are quiet.

It can be a bit noisy sometimes due to low flying helicopters and party boats.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

There’s nothing I would change about it. Every thing is spot on

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The building itself is modern, but the area around it needs a little improvement.
I like the fact that it is close to all amenities but it gives the feeling of intimacy.

The fact that concierge service makes your life so much easier when it comes to receiving parcels!
