Well allocated one bedroom open plan with nice view

Higher end area than Deptford high street therefore it’s a more desirable location. The residents are friendly and the building is designed well. The flats are modern and up to date in terms of furnishings.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Dislike not close enough to ventral London so work
I like that it’s close to Greenwich

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing

Are there any facilities you would like added, or that you have but do not use:

A gym would have made the property even better and more convenient

I like the area generally and it is prime position.

I like the area generally and it is prime position. There is good transport and links to the overground. There are also good amenities with supermarket, lido, library, etc. The building management is average but there are certain things like a lack of parking which are annoying.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that it is clean and there is lots of green space and well laid out. Dislike the fact that there is not enough parking for residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that you could have parking with this property.

A wonderful new development

The building is architecturally interesting and unique. My flat is bright and spacious.

The concierge is outstanding!

The buildings are always clean and well taken care of.

Problems with internal lifts and car lifts have been problematic but finally seem to have been remedied.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Islington is wonderful, full of culture and a lovely mix of people, close enough to the centre of town but far enough away to feel like a proper neighbourhood.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known more about the electrics, as well as what companies were used to install heating, wiring etc

What is the best feature of your home:

Floor to ceiling windows, spacious balconies, beautiful open plan kitchen!

Nice open living space

Having grown up in the local area i think the transformation has been exception. The development has nice open living space which create such a clean atmosphere. Very accessible to the center. Good transport links. Shops, restaurants, bars and parks nearby.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like how accessible it is to the city and the wider london area.

I think there needs to be more youth services provided

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That is was a car free development
