Good location, but noisy at times.

I like the central location good for getting places. Good commuters location, Bristol is good for that. It’s fairly big inside but the outside space is quite dark so you don’t get much sunlight. Bedroom windows have good view but the better the view the more expensive.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I dislike the noise from the seagulls and it can be noisy in the morning with deliveries. I like the central location.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I’d known the management company would be so rubbish that would be been good. The gate on one side has been broken for 3 weeks. But that’s not the landlord.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The management company. The gate has not been open for weeks.

Lived here for 3 years, nothing I don’t like about it.

Easy to walk places, plenty of buzz and lots going on. There’s only really one pub but it is good. Problems are easyish to fix and straightforward. Lived here for 3 years, nothing I don’t like about it.

No nothing at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems are fixed eventually but not easily per se.

Good area, but a little pricey.

There’s a lot going on, it’s really quiet inside the building though. I’ve lived here for 6 months. We rent so the landlord sorts things quickly. I don’t have a car but I do have a bike. There is bike parking.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Restaurants, good commuter links easy walks to work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No not really it met our expectations but a little pricey.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t raised any yet so I can’t comment on this.

Lots of things to do at my doorstep

Positive experience of living here, would be nice if they weren’t building another development over the other side cause there isn’t enough room. A lot more happening here than other places I’ve lived. It’s nicely laid out but it can be messy. Great commuters location.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the stuff that’s on my doorstep, I dislike the noise. You can sometimes hear it from the waterfront.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much the smell of fish and chips would come through windows.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are solved easily, my partner sorts it mostly.
