We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Wapping Wharf is an Umberslade development that was designed by Alec French Architects. It boasts around 500 one, two and three-bedroom apartments located in the historical and cultural heart of Bristol. It is also only a 20-minute walk or 6-minute cycle away from Bristol Temple Meads station.

I really enjoy the area, it really does feel like home. In my opinion it is good value for money and new flats are popping up left and right. The box park across from my flat is a very nice edition to the area. From my balcony I have a fantastic view over Bristol which is one of my favorite things to see whenever I go outside.

The area is very nice and it's convenient to get places, Bristol temple meads is only a 20 min walk away. The flat is quiet and warm being insulated from the noise by the other flats which face outward. The area is being built up with new developments being built around. There was briefly a piano on the street which could get a touch annoying.

I find the area really pretty with nice views over the river and plenty of independent shops and restaurants close allowing for a variety of places to shop and eat. I find the area quite quiet. The people who live around here are quite friendly in my experience and we have good communal areas.

There's a lot going on, it's really quiet inside the building though. I've lived here for 6 months. We rent so the landlord sorts things quickly. I don't have a car but I do have a bike. There is bike parking.

Positive experience of living here, would be nice if they weren't building another development over the other side cause there isn't enough room. A lot more happening here than other places I've lived. It's nicely laid out but it can be messy. Great commuters location.
