    It's got the right vibe

I really enjoy the area, it really does feel like home. In my opinion it is good value for money and new flats are popping up left and right. The box park across from my flat is a very nice edition to the area. From my balcony I have a fantastic view over Bristol which is one of my favorite things to see whenever I go outside.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like the fact that so easy to get from a to b just by walking. It's very close to both the harbour and Bristol Temple Meads and the river in summer is very nice. The area has a really good vibe, it's trendy and cosmopolitan and there a wealth of independent bars and shops to go to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The property was everything I wanted and since coming my appreciation for the area has only grew.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I personally love the way my flat is at the moment and I've got my eye on some of the new apartments popping up around

Nice area not great value for money

The area is very nice and it's convenient to get places, Bristol temple meads is only a 20 min walk away. The flat is quiet and warm being insulated from the noise by the other flats which face outward. The area is being built up with new developments being built around. There was briefly a piano on the street which could get a touch annoying.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is well equipped with pretty much everything you need, lots of small independent shops and restaurants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

While it isn't an issue, a large portion of the neighbours are older than I expected.

What is the best feature of your home:

I really appreciate just how easy getting around Bristol is from where the house.

I find the area really pretty with nice views over the river and plenty of independent shops and restaurants close allowing for a variety of places to shop and eat. I find the area quite quiet. The people who live around here are quite friendly in my experience and we have good communal areas.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the area a lot, it's in a good location in the city and is easy to get about

Good area, but a little pricey.

There's a lot going on, it's really quiet inside the building though. I've lived here for 6 months. We rent so the landlord sorts things quickly. I don't have a car but I do have a bike. There is bike parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Restaurants, good commuter links easy walks to work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't raised any yet so I can't comment on this.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No not really it met our expectations but a little pricey.

Lots of things to do at my doorstep

Positive experience of living here, would be nice if they weren't building another development over the other side cause there isn't enough room. A lot more happening here than other places I've lived. It's nicely laid out but it can be messy. Great commuters location.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the stuff that's on my doorstep, I dislike the noise. You can sometimes hear it from the waterfront.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are solved easily, my partner sorts it mostly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much the smell of fish and chips would come through windows.
