Cottage flat good space and good size rooms. Lots of cupboard space in both bedrooms. Good views. Kitchen could do with more cupboard space. No real contact building management required in 3 years. All issues dealt with promptly and efficiently. Flower beds could be smarter but will look better when start to grow.
Long walk from town. Pub at bottom of road. No real restaurants within walking distance except golf club. Asda easy walk. Green space to walk in. Street quiet. Parking not an issue.
Council bins don’t come already ordered on new build houses.
Best aspect of property is plenty of space, and a quiet area.
The property management at times was very poor and very non excistant took a year and a half to have a road and when they were doing works we were never really informed or helped in the situation and had to put up with it and struggle to park our cars at night after working long hours which shouldn’t of been the case .
Parking on the street was lined in the plans but never ever got done so parking at my property can be hard as others don’t use common sense and park properly .
The good things lots of shops local including restaurants etc
The time frame for things to be completed and actually tell your paying customers and supporting them when works being done right infront of there homes and incoviencing them all the time communication is key
The not so sound proofing to my upstairs which was said to me the day I moved in the young manager kept saying everything helps with sound proofing special flooring etc clearly isn’t as good as he said it was
I honestly can’t complain about anything. Again yes expensive, but you get what you pay for. Everything is bright, spacious and very well maintained. Right next to Asda and other amenities. Town not a long walk or a five minute drive. As I mentioned already, stunning views.
Love this area. Bought my apartment before even seeing as something about the place seemed right. Lovely area, lovely views. Nice and quiet, and everything nearby. I’ve given 5 stars for value, you get what you pay for. On paper maybe looked a bit pricey, but we’ll worth it compared to other new developments. Couldn’t be happier.
Honestly did my homework before I moved in. Place wasn’t even built when I decided to buy. Went with my gut and as usual it was right on.
Big, bright, spacious and built to very high standard.
– Floor layout is sensible, rooms small to modest in size (bedroom 8m2, lounge 14m2), no Wi-Fi cable to upstairs which is inconvenient, boilers had multiple repairs in 2 years
– Regular garden and lawn maintenance provided, quarterly factor fee paid.
– Road noise minimal, 24hr supermarket close by, limited restaurants/bars close by. Good public access walking routes, public transport seems good, bus stops close by, nice views out of property
Detailed information on Wi-Fi points access.
Would be useful if parking spaces had lines to encourage people to park sensibly
Very nice view, good central location with easy access to centre of town and main roads leading further afield.
