Ability place

I moved here for an initial period of 6 months but have chosen to stay for wha has become 3.5 years now. The area is mixed but the residence is secure and private. He gym the is lovely and I adore the spa area.

Tesco is dirty. There s sometimes rubbish on the pavement.

We love the gym!

We used to live nearby but we switched because of the gym perks, it’s open from 6-11. Very convenient! Very clean! Very friendly and quiet neighbours. Cool people. The concierge is great. My kid loves the guys behind the desk! It’s only been a few months. We have a dog, as do a few other neighbours, and we didn’t have to pay a special licence either! The location is perfect. The schools are close by so lots of options for my son.

Great place to live.

Apartment is great as it overlooks the water (inner dock) and provides beautiful serene views in the morning. Neighbours are quiet and keep to themselves but are a friendly face in the corridors. Building has a 24 hr concierge which is great for parcels. There is a free gym for residents. Local area is quiet and close to canary wharf so is quite business focused.

Quiet and not too busy for london. Easy access to central london. Nice shops and rstaurants.

It’s a great building!

It’s a great residential building, it has a great concierge. Underground parking, which depends on your place. Driving out is easy, good DLR connections, great tube connections. Perfect variety for restaurants. You need permission for pets.
