The design and build of this development is extremely up to date and hosts a modern and contemporary feel. The location of this development is well-centred, close to several stores, transport links & in a very safe neighbourhood. I have no complaints regarding the noise level surrounding this development, it is very quiet and peaceful. I strongly recommend this development to all considering living here, it is worth every penny!”– Glenn Janski, verified resident at 375 Kensington High Street

St Edward reviews

The porters and concierge are extremely smart and wouldn’t look out of place in a Mayfair development.  For those who work from home there is a useful boardroom for meetings and the cinema room too is a great added extra. The gym and spa are also five star and help to create the overall experience.” – HomeViews Property Pro on 190 Strand

Good facilities

The lighting is good inside the flat because there is a lot of windows but it gets very hot. It is very spacious, I like the design and it is modern. There shouldn’t be an extractor fan in the bathroom. Shops and tube nearby. There should be a cafe on site. A few restaurants around that’s good.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that there’should a gym on site. I don’the like that it is noisy,

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew before that there’s a Parc just behind the station.

Gorgeous but problematic

The design of these building is astounding, each one unique and very realistic to the New England vibe. Despite its beauty however there are numerous issues with the structure and building of them. For example, the sealant on the windows must have been cheap as many have rotted away and decayed, the gardens for the prices of the houses and the size are ridiculously small. Plus the water has leaked.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

We were promised a gym and a local corner shop which we were never given

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished I had know there wouldn’t be a corner shop as that would have greatly impacted my decision of moving to the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not well in the slightest. Always avoiding calls or saying they will call back. Bare minimum effort put in.

Frustrated!

Same as above! Seems as though concierge are putting importance towards irrelevant issues i.e. appearance of complex but not really any health & safety issues. No real help when there has been an issue but quick when something doesn’t look pretty! Its frustrating!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There are so many reason we would not have moved here if we had known certain things before hand. The area is nice and transport links are great. There are also great local amenities. However, there are a lot of do’s and don’ts. We have toddlers and to ensure they do not throw anything off the balcony and hit anyone walking, we put up white netting, which we were told to remove as apparently its a health & safety issue! How, when the netting is made for balconies for health & safety reasons.

Then they (when I say they, I mean concierge) said they don’t allow anything on the balcony because basically they want it to look all the same. So, not really a health & safety issue. What’s frustrating is, you’re not allowed to smoke around the complex unless at a smoking point. We have called concierge 4 days in a row to tell them there is a man literally chain smoking outside our apartment. So, the smell comes into our toddlers room. No one has done anything about this! It’s a joke that something that matters is not dealt with and I am told its due to staff shortage but that’s not the case when they manage to get out to knock on our door about our balcony!
The multi story parking is only double pushchair friendly on the ground floor and our parking spot is on top floor! Not designed effectively!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking and health & safety for toddlers using balcony.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have raised an issue 4 times and nothing has been done!

nice place to live

we have go security and concierge 24h which is good.
It gets noisy from time to time in different parts of the site.
The transportation is nearby. My flat is new but the quality is not as good. The design is good, open plan, very spacious. I feel safe here even during the night.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It be better to have more shops, pharmacys and GP. i like the garden.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
