It’s a convenient place to live

It’s a convenient place to live, there is a gym and concierge, parking garage and bike storage room. Small outside park area and a few parks just next to the building. There is some traffic noise but relatively quit area. Property management company has been responsive when we raised a problem

Rather residential area, a few restaurants and bars in the area. A few small grocery shops in the area. Very close proximity to tube station (Picadilly line). Frequent traffic noise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Traffic noise, there tends to be noise during the night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they were in general responsive when we raised a problem

Very good development – Amazing location and great rooms

Very good development. The design is very good but it could be better. The rooms are very good, nice size and very good arrangement of stuff. Some rooms may be a bit darker than others but I am not in this case. There is a gym on the ground floor which is large and not many people go, so that is very good too. The management is very good and helpful to any problems that may occur.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area of this development is almost excellent. Next to the tube, just 2 mins away walking, 25mins walking from Kings Cross. 3 supermarkets (Tesco express size) in just 2-3 mins walking and the larger ones just 15mins away. The only minus is that there aren’t many bars/restaurants in the range of 10-15 mins away.

nothing came as a surprise, the landlord was very clear

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediate response, they were very helpful to send people to fix any issue.

The place is good stay , with good transport links and very short walk to coals drop yard and Angel with a lot of cafes and restaurants so it really good.

I think the place is ok . Because of the location but the building just doesn’t look very Morden in side and out.The facilities provided work and that is amazing but I really think they could be a bit more Morden. The gym shuts at 10pm and if I had to work out after 10 pm it wouldn’t be possible.

The transport links are amazing , train stations and busses close by . But the traffic noise is so loud at my side of the apartment block it can be disturbing at times if I am working from home. Enough parking for cycles I can’t say about cars because I do not drive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the roof had a leak and the loud noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded but not takes action and not fixed a leak and I am still expected.

Overall, flats are new and well designed and communal facilities well managed.

Overall, flats are new and well designed and communal facilities well managed. The property management is disappointing as our bikes were stolen from the apartment’s bike storage space but they were not helpful at all in resolving the issue. Concierges are overall friendly and helpful.

There is a good range of services available with 4 grocery shops nearby. There is a lot of traffic noise, however, as one side of the flats is facing a main road. Parking is available on the street.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noise from the street is too much during summer when the windows are open.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When my bike was stolen from the buildings storage space, they did nothing to help.
