About Redcliffe Homes
Redcliffe Homes is an award winning, independent house building company creating desirable homes in the most sought after locations throughout the South West.
Good development with a variety of houses and designs, good landscaping with areas of public open space. Reasonable build quality and finishes. Development still to be completed, this is not anticipated until September 2022.
Beautiful surroundings, easy access to local towns which have all the necessary amenities.
Noise, dirt and parking as build not finished.
The property size, it’s location and the fabulous views.
The houses are well designed with good gardens they are managed really well and the housing association is just a phone call away if you need to report a repair it’s a shame there is no shop on the estates but the nearest town is just a bus ride away
Lovely place to live the houses are spacious and well built
It’s a shame there is not a shop on the development as the nearest one is a 15 to 20 minute walk away or a bus ride into town
Design is superb, variety of homes offered including two and three bedroom bungalows. Also three, four and five bedroom houses with different design styles.Properties are well spaced out with a lovely coastal feel. There are two public open spaces that are very well maintained.
Lovely location local amenities excellent including shop two pubs hairdressers and doctors. Local bus service is great. Open fields surround this development great for dog walking. Very quiet development fantastic neighbours
Unable to use loft for storage
The kitchen which is very spacious with the addition of a utility room. The garden is a good size with view to open fields
We love the development here at Park Place. Very smart and tidy looking homes. We did remove a few built in cupboards in the property to create more space in smaller rooms but other than that, the design was ok!
Good size garden considering it’s a new development and not too overlooked.
Shops, pubs, schools all nearby and easy to get to. The only downside would be nearest train station is either Chippenham or Bath.
We knew the area quite well before so have nothing to add here.
Most snagging issues were dealt with relatively soon after we mentioned them. There are a few things that we are still waiting to happen.
