Shops, pubs, schools all nearby and easy to get to. The only downside would be nearest train station is either Chippenham or Bath.

We knew the area quite well before so have nothing to add here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most snagging issues were dealt with relatively soon after we mentioned them. There are a few things that we are still waiting to happen.

Perfect home in perfect location. Great links to London, Bath and countryside. Local shop and postbox just a short walk away. Country walks on doorstep. Play park in the development (for older kids) and a playpark over the road for the younger ones. Great primary schools and secondary schools.

For us it is a great location. Local shop for when we need it. Two pubs. Most importantly lots of countryside to explore.

That we should have had the patio properly done, as you are only provided with a few slabs.

What is the best feature of your home:

Layout, especially the design of the kitchen and exterior of the house.

Good access to all facilities and services in the area local to city centres and hospitals schools shopping centres very close by and city’s bath Bristol and Swindon near

Cost was high shame wasn’t cheaper would have considered a extreme bedroom property but a at 40k extra for a small box room

Bigger garden and development of loft space for extra space
