The flats are modern and spacious.

The flats are modern and spacious. Maybe, some more balconies would be nice. As well as a swimming pool. More greenery around the development is needed. The building management is often very good. No complaints about the property management. Overall, I am satisfied with living here.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Not a lot of restautants or shops. Have to walk to Stratford centre to reach more amenities. Very noisy neighbourhood, as there are many people living here. A lot of traffic as well, especially during matchdays.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A lof of police and ambulance sirens can be heard throughout the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response from the building management can take longer then it should.

A lovely place to live in Zone 1

Designed by the architects Maccreanor Lavington along with adjacent Fenman House and Roseberry Mansions, this building is in an amazing Kings Cross Location near Coal Drops Yard and a huge Waitrose with a weekend Canopy Market. I love that the flats have great views, for the most part and really decent sized rooms.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Kings Cross is a great and buzzing area which has a great number of amenities and transport connections.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known that neighbouring developments would take so long to get going!

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

A larger kitchen would be great – I’d love a breakfast bar.

A harsh and brutal way to live with improper management and bad dealing

Don’t believe what shared ownership buyers say – they want to protect their investment value. This is a badly designed estate – no consideration for quality of life. Zero facilities, no tenants assoc, no community room. Negligent & zero management

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

24 hr noise, low air quality, constant huge building works, dust and grit, so much noise, no cars & no pets policy, bad management, a harsh way to live

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Building is not in compliance with fire escape recommendations
Lack of management makes it dangerous environment
Tenants have no voice whatsoever
Social housing tenants were violated in their rights to a say in local developments being removed from them and we have been totally played by management and local developers

What is the best feature of your home:

That sounds doesn’t travel much between flats so I don’t have to hear the day to say noise of next door or upstairs neighbours.

After living here for 2+ years I have noticed a couple issues that could be resolved

After living here for 2+ years I have noticed a couple issues that could be resolved, specifically the security buzzer doors, I personally believe that they do not show enough effort into the maintenance of such and let it stay damaged for months on end.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I must admit, living on Collendale road has been a blast, parking is a problem as well as bin collections, however, it is amazing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had knows the community before I moved in, they’re a blessing
