Saxon Court is a shared ownership and social rented development built by KCCLP and managed by One Housing Group. Designed by Maccreanor Lavington Architects and completed in 2013, Saxon Court provides 63 social rented apartments and 40 affordable shared ownership homes. In addition, Saxon Court residents benefit from being located just a 10-minute walk from King’s Cross and St Pancras International Stations; which not only have links across London, but the whole of the UK and to Europe.
Designed by the architects Maccreanor Lavington along with adjacent Fenman House and Roseberry Mansions, this building is in an amazing Kings Cross Location near Coal Drops Yard and a huge Waitrose with a weekend Canopy Market. I love that the flats have great views, for the most part and really decent sized rooms.
