Northumbria House is stylishly designed with top of the range Neff appliances and high quality work surfaces, sinks and taps. The bathrooms are very impressive with gorgeous tiling and very nice fittings. Generally, the flats are quite roomy and have ample space in the kitchen/living area. The main bedrooms are large and have an en-suite. The other bedroom is slightly smaller but has adequate storage space. The building is very well maintained and cleaned and any problems with the property are promptly dealt with by onsite staff.

Overall, Omnia developement is good. I am satisfied with the layout of the flat, the security it gives you since there is cameras everywhere around the building. Parking is easy since there is more than enough space for the residents who live in the complex.

The apartment is done to a high standard, very modern inside and out. Location is quite good and has parking. Close to Gosforth High Street which is handy.

There are still constructiona going on the complex which can be disruptive

What is the best feature of your home:

Location of the complex is very good. Its close to the high street, A1, metro and also close to other amenities.

Management

I have lived here for 3 years now, the building is in a great location. The flats are in good style, very comfortable bed and sofa bed. The only downsides that I can see are the lift that often breaks down, no possibility of having pets in the flat and the windows that are not airtight, which makes the flat very cold. The property management is very responsible, they always respond very quickly. Repairs to things are always quick too. I feel very cosy and safe here.

Building well suited to the environment and modern living for young professionals. Clean surfaces and cool tones make for a nice environment. Property management could be better organised and can be quite cumbersome to deal with. All in all a wonderful building.
