What can I say, the place is the best value for money we’ve ever seen. We’re living in a studio flat, but it’s spacious, extremely well furnished with a huge TV and comfy couch. The amenities are also a great addition – we’ve gotten a lot of use out of the hot tubs and rooftop terrace in particular. The building is all-round warm and inviting. Plus, the staff have been excellent to us – all very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for us.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I mean, it’s slap bang in the middle of EVERYTHING important to me. My university, John Moores University, is a 15 minute walk away, the high street is practically next door. The bins are outside which means – unlike my last place – the smell is also resigned to the outdoors.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish there was something I could tell you here, but aside from the leak, ROCO has been a pleasure to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We didn’t raise the issue, but our ceiling fell through with water, our entire flat was soaked. As inconveniencing as it was, the staff were so quick to solve the problem, move us to a temporary flat just a few doors down, all with care and attentiveness. Great work guys.

Management

The design of the building is modern and clean, creating a calming environment for residents. There are quiet areas for reading and working. Property management is excellent with regular updates as to what is going on in the building and updates for the amenities that is available to us.

The building is newly refurbished with high ceilings and amazing furniture and high quality appliances. The one bedroom apartment is perfect for one person and they allow pets which is a bonus.
The building in itself is simple but easily laid out, they have a lift and multiple stair access points as well as multiple entrances.

The development is very modern, with luxury facilities, it has amenities included such as a gym, terraces, jacuzzi, living rooms, work area, private kitchen to receive visitors, breakfast areas, or private offices. The apartments include furniture, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, bed, living room, television and includes water and internet.
