We have been in Eda for just over a week and we have found absolutely nothing to complain about – we love it. The building has everything you would need/want (social areas, garden spaces, gym, private cinema room) all which have been finished to a high standard. We are looking forward to seeing the gym completed soon. The management team here are amazing, we’ve had great communication and feel like they’re on hand to help with anything no matter how big or small. We can’t thank them enough for making the move so easy for us.

The roof garden on the 19th floor has a wonderful view. The social and the cowork space have great design. The cowork space was one of the main reason we chose this building. It is well designed for long hours of focus study or work.
Interior design of flat is perfect too. The future color matches with several colors and they have high quality. I specially love the large mirror and shelf in the bathroom.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The accessibility is great. A few minutes walk from bus stops and metrolink station. Less than 10 minutes walk to the post office and GP office. A few bus stops to Salford shopping center which includes many stores, an Aldi and a Tesco Extra. There is parking lot next to the building that your guest can park, but they should pay the fee.
There is not much traffic in the area and the window isolation is great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You do not need to use the dryer if you have just a few wet or newly washed cloths. Ventilation and the apartment temperature, even with heating panels off, are enough to make a few cloths dry

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have tried their best. There is an application for the building that problems can be raised there easily. They will check, do the follow up and solve the problem ASAP.

My apartment is amazing. Upon moving in I was helped by Josh who talked me through how everything is worked. The appliances are all modern and work well. All fixtures and fitting are to high standards. I am on the 18th floor and have exceptional views of the Quays. There is a bin chute on every floor which also accepts recycling. Communal areas and facilities are kept clean and to high standards. There is a coffee machine installed within the social and work area. The communal area on the 19th floor is not yet finished, but is going to look great once everything has been installed. The concierge is 24/7 and all of the help which has been provide by every staff member has been great. There is nothing to fault about this place, and I would highly recommend to anybody considering it.

My experience at Eda so far has been amazing, Nicole at concierge is a ray of sunshine and just the most welcoming, always greeted with a smile 🙂 she regularly goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and have everything you need! The entire Eda staff has been exceptional and always professional and attentive to requests.
