Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is perfect, walking distance to MediaCity, Salford Quays and Exchange Quays perfect for working nearby. Tram is outside the door which goes straight to town. Co op right next door is extra convenient. Plenty bars and places to eat within a short walk to MediaCity.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Both issues I raised were dealt within hours, a response from the team offering to come to my apartment to resolve the matters.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Location convivence within walking distance to bars, restaurants , cinema and supermarkets and having the transport links outside the door.

Haven't really Familiarised myself with the local area just yet, as i have moved up from Bristol. The commute into Manchester could not be any more simple and im at the office in Deansgate within 15mins.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Lettings can be slow to respond, this is probably down to the high demand amd its worth having the patience. Failing that reaching out to the reception is a good idea, as they will strive to find a solution or will more than happily direct you to the right person. If your worried about noisy neighbours then forget about it as the team will eliminate this almost instantly, if you wanna community feeling with courteous neighbours them look no further.

The efficiency of how quick a resolution is found to any issues or problems that arise, Martin will go above and beyond to make this place feel like home, the whole team are a delight.

Parking is not the best but that is clutching at straws to find a fault, the whole local area is clean, quiet yet so convenient, transport links in abundance to the city centre which is about 15 minutes on the tram. Cargo is nearby which is a great place for some food and drinks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
effective an efficient is the best way to describe how issues are handled here, the speed things are addressed are second to none, the team are always so quick to react to anything raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Car parking is not ideal, but thats just trying to find something.

Transport links are excellent, Metrolink right at the front of the building, very regular and into the city centre in 10 minutes, the convenience is a real plus. shop, restuarants, etc. are a short walk to media city or short trip into the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
problem here are resolved almost instantly, maintenance issues are resolved super speedy, Nothing seems a big ask from any of the team.

Parking is not ideal, but the team were happy to recommend alternatives.

Ideal location as media city is a short walk away and personally for me, the tram stop on my door step is perfect for my commute. With both of these in such close proximity you are never too far away from peace and quiet or the hustle and bustle of the trendy bars, restaurants etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
With precision, especially with any complaints or maintenance, the resolution is usually very quick.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That parking was going to be an issue but its a small issue, there are plenty of alternative parking areas in the local area, and the waiting list is small for the Building car park.
