Eda, M50

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Eda is a such a great location! It is a very short walk to media city where there are lots of bars and restaurants to enjoy or a perfect place for a walk around. You have everything you need right on your doorstep, but if you find you want to explore more of the city there is a tram stop right outside which is extremely convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any problems so far, however there is a resident app to report any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were very pleased that the pictures online presented EDA exactly as it is, if anything the apartment spaces are bigger in person!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is literally the perfect location to live in Manny. It's very balanced in the sense that it's quiet enough but it's also close to everything. Town is 20 minutes away by tram, and the coffee scene around here ain't bad either. Media City got everything you need from restaurants to great cafes. I love living around Salford Quays and in Eda

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For every single problem they've been super attentive and very flexible. No complaints there, very helpful and nice people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about EDA 6 months before I've moved in. Honestly the amount of progress I made in my life here was crazy that I wish I moved in earlier. You got everything here, you just need to use it!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - bars nearby, tram stop close, media city is a nice walk along the canal, water sports centre is close Bad - Could do with some more supermarkets (but is one close by Eda)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have responded quickly, very attentive, and have acted super efficiently when called upon

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much I would love living here and don't want to ever leave!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects include the facilities that are included, such as the workplace, the social place, the gym, terrace, cinema and having the tram stop right next to the building. Having bin chutes in every floor, as well as a dishwasher tremendously enhances the experience. The area is generally quiet and calm with barely any noise, perfectly located in media city. The views of the apartments are wonderful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management were very quick to respond to any issues I had.

I wish I had known about the place earlier and moved in sooner

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This building is faultless, with a stones throw away from bars and restaurants. Our particular favourite is the water front, Italian Cafe. Having a tram stop right outside our building has made the connection to Manchester City Centre more convenient for commuting and socialising.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had no major problems, but all minor issues were dealt with immediately.

There is nothing more to say, the apartment lived up to every high expectation it set when I viewed it. The only thing the team could do is promote even more how amazing the building is and what a lovely workforce they are when running it.
