Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is literally the perfect location to live in Manny. It's very balanced in the sense that it's quiet enough but it's also close to everything. Town is 20 minutes away by tram, and the coffee scene around here ain't bad either. Media City got everything you need from restaurants to great cafes. I love living around Salford Quays and in Eda

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For every single problem they've been super attentive and very flexible. No complaints there, very helpful and nice people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about EDA 6 months before I've moved in. Honestly the amount of progress I made in my life here was crazy that I wish I moved in earlier. You got everything here, you just need to use it!!

Good : luxury condo. Tram access. Water bodies . Grocery shop and access to all places Bad: bit of traffic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very Good . Good orientation for new tenants. Thanks

Tram access and location. Place for jogging near water bodies

Great team. Always making the community stronger day by day as well as delivering a 5* service. Always happy to go the extra mile.

With great efficiency along with a real desire to resolve issues in a timely manner.

The community spirit and attention to detail with events and customer service

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects of the local areas are the proximity of transports, shops and the town centre, as well as the Lowry.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A constructor was sent to our apartment within a couple of days and completed the work in a very appropriate time frame.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't expect such a vast community here at EDA. I have made a lot of friends here who share the same interests and hobbies as me.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the community of the place, so many different people from different walks of life. Having a gym in the building makes me more active and I love that. It's a great location to city centre but not too close enough that it's loud. Having Ade at the front desk really brings the building together, he makes everyone feel welcome, a great mix between professional and friendly. He really knows how to brighten people and Lewis's beautiful eyes is just the icing on the cake. My brother suggested we get a vending machine in the building so it's nice to hear that we are getting a co-op next door.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and efficient. They are also able to accommodate my working lifestyle.

I wish I had known that the higher the floor, the better the view but unfortunately I let my fear of height get the better of me.
