Eda, M50

Eda is a Haven situated on Salford Quays but within a few minutes of the city centre making it so convenient. The building itself is gorgeous with high quality amenities to cater for all, Gym as good as any of the commercial ones, cinema room is cosy, dining room is a great feature as is the games room. The team at Eda are what really makes the place so wonderful, Martin on the front desk, Mike from Maintenance and the management team Selina & Helen have all been incredible and couldn't have been more helpful if they tried, truly going above and beyond as standard practice.

I’ve really appreciated living here, and there’s a lot that’s great about Eda — especially the team on the front desk. Dan and Martin (the RSAs) have been incredibly supportive, friendly and quick to help whenever I’ve needed them, and they genuinely make the day-to-day experience smoother for residents. However, there are a couple of areas where I feel improvements could be made: • Cleaning facilities: I’ve been disappointed with the cleaning — it doesn’t meet the standard I’d expect for a development with such strong overall ratings. • Management responsiveness: My interactions with the broader management team haven’t always been positive, and I feel communication and responsiveness could be better. Overall, I love the people (big shout-out to Dan & Martin) and many aspects of living here — but I’d like to see cleaning standards and management engagement improve to match the rest of the experience.

EDA in Salford Quays has a modern, well-finished design with a clean, contemporary feel in the communal areas and apartments. Facilities are practical for day-to-day living (secure entry, lifts, well-kept corridors, and generally good building security). Building management is responsive and the shared spaces are usually maintained to a good standard, with issues handled through a clear reporting process. We were wowed immediately by Eda, the interior is well designed and very pleasing to the eye, the facilities here are so good, gym is enormous, cinema room is warm and cosy, the dining room is such a great place for family gatherings, we have not tried it out yet but fully intend to in the near future, the game lounge is also a nice little place to go when entertaining. The apartment itself is simplistic, practical and presented well, the view from my apartment is fantastic. The team here have been so helpful and welcoming, i have to acknowledge Martin, he is a true gentleman and his level of care and courtesy is impeccable.

First thing first Let's talk about the reception, and staff... What you need when you are new to country...yes the staff of EDA who became my friends forever.. Special thanks to Mabel for taking extra care of my kids and her love to our family. This relationship I will take my home back to India. Everyone else you talk to them and you feel as if they had gone through intense training on how to keep tenants happy and contended. They are all professionals.. Josha, Lewis. Dan, Salina, just to name a few, all know exactly how to handle the queries. Seconds, let's talk about the building and aminities. Eda has modern looks and stunning design. Big and modern washrooms, specious bedrooms, and ultra modern kitchen is all you need to spent time with yourself and your family. And when you are bored of working alone just go to the social or the garden area..I promise you will be refreshed in seconds. This is particularly my favourite area. You are bored working alone just go to co-working area, brew a coffee paying penny and work in style with a view of garden in front of you..I saw this lifestyle only in movies before...! Movie theatre proving a big screen wiith stunning sound ...you will feel like in actual theater. I also made my friend jeleous by inviting them to a party in Den..no one expected that a dinner at home can be of this enviable..
