Founded in 2010 in Leeds, it has now grown significantly with developments across York, Harrograte, Manchester as well as well as upcoming developments in Sheffield and Liverpool. It currently manages over 1400 beds across 42 properties.

Modern development

It is an extremely modern development, even from the reception through the corridors. The studios are quite small, but you have everything you could possibly need. When having guests over it is quite entertaining having to clean even the “bedroom” area.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It can be loud sometimes, especially at the weekend but that’s easily resolved. There are so many bars and restaurants near me it is amazing. Even places of work. The train station is extremely close which is fantastic. I feel extremely fortunate to be here and have my own space.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d wish I knew how sometimes it can get a bit lonely, even with a million things to be getting on with/distractions. So having a close net of friends near has really helped, even if it is just for a hot chocolate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, there was an issue with my shower which has now been resolved. My sofa was broken when I moved in and it was within the first week I was given a new one, completely for free.

Overpriced for the standard

The fire alarm has been really annoying. It was happening 4 times a week. It is nice but they are trying to hard to be luxury but are winging it. They were told they couldn’t move in the day they needed to. There was paint all over the floor, it was really dusty. There was no standard when we moved in. However, when we moved in it is quite nice. Just doesn’t have the quality. The induction hobs are a nightmare because we don’t own induction pans. They don’t charge extra for an extra person.

I really like that it is the business area and it is clean. However, the building work is a nightmare

The building work is really loud because of the building work.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The quality and the noise. There is also a silly layouthich was really cramped. There is no communial area.

Great location and apartment but overpriced

I like the apartment and facilities but it is overpriced. The fire alarm goes off a lot. They are great at doing repairs and there are absolutely no problems. I love the design and the area around the apartment.

The location is perfect because it is near the city centre. 25 minutes from uni

That bills are included. I live in a good size studio flat,

It is a nice, quiet, professional place

Everyone has a decent size flat with a kitchen and washing machine. I really like my view and the location is amazing. I love living by the docks. There are no locks on your bedroom door which I don’t like if you are sharing your flat with friends. The repairs are quickly sorted.

I have lived here for 4/5 years and i love the area.

It is a washer and drier but the drum is quite small.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would choose a higher floor for me flat if i could.
