Positive – a variety of house types has allowed the estate to attract a broad age range, the inclusion of bungalows, family homes, starter homes and shared ownerships will allow for greater diversity. Differing house types and finishes are also more pleasing visually.
No additional facilities on site.
Management company – currently going through transition from builder to residents.

Positives – semi-rural location but within close locality to major transport links, M1, train stations, airports, bus routes.
The local town is attracting a good range of businesses, restaurants, pubs, beauty salons, artisan market.
All main supermarkets are nearby.
The local area has many schools and secondary schools within easy commute.
Negative – many new houses being built in the local area, it is a concern with traffic increase, impact on semi-rural space, access to doctors.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked to have known that the developer had no regard / consideration for residents being in their brand new properties.
What is the best feature of your home:
The views, this was the initial attraction point of the property.
The estate is quiet and the local town excellent.
