My building is really well maintained and the specs are okay too.

My building is really well maintained and the specs are okay too. However maintenance can be really slow with replies and they are difficult to get a hold of usually but I’ve heard worse from other residents.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that it’s a quiet area because it’s near the river and not facing towards a road, transports close by and the area is safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some residents were given other options And we weren’t told about it so I wish we had known.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I wish the building was gated, and there two ballads at the entrance and it’s not secure. There was also once a homeless guy living under the flat but now it’s sorted. It could’ve been avoided if there was better security

Area has improved but lots of issues.

The quality of the property isn’t very well, the ceiling are not strong and i have some homes in the area that have issues with it. Other than that feels spacious and the bedrooms are big. I like the kitchen.

The area doesnt feel too peaceful but it is easy to get to a lot of places in the area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It took 3 years to improve the area, and the rate of it is better.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the ensuite bathroom on the top floor which is right at the top of the house.

Good apartment but horrible management

Apartments are nice but awful management company. The apartment is nice and comfy. Takes a long time to answer reports if they do. There’s a leaky pipe outside our apartment for months and still haven’t been fixed and that’s just one example. Assigned parking which is a plus, apart from the general area.

Lots of shops around the area and many places being built, up and coming area. Not close to my workplace but easy access to Central london

Wish I knew about the poor performance of the management

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely poor, barely respond to messages if at all.

Nice and spacious flat, except for the kitchen

It is a spacious flat but the kitchen is too small. It is like a box room. I live in a 4-bedroom flat, with a terrace. The flat is well finished but it is not an open flat. Outside there is no play area for the kids, which is a disadvantage, nowhere the kids can go to.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is good. Good access to everything, including the underground and the shopping centre. It is half an hour away by car to Central London.

There is nothing I wish I had known.
