Wainhomes prides itself on building quality homes with offices in the North West, Severn Valley and South West.
Nicely built area, sadly ruined by anti social behaviour
Houses seem a fairly good standard. We’ve had a few issues with doors and our locks. Our oven fan had stuff left inside it (packaging) which meant we only found it by chance when cleaning the fan. The lay out of the house overall is good, however we have housing association directly behind us the and the houses seem raised so they can see into our gardens. Our driveway has multiple drains and one has been laid with bricks like a jigsaw puzzle and is different to the rest. it’s collapsing and the developer will not respond to us.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Shops are good, though too many hairdressers. too much anti-social behaviour regularly occurring. Housing association, far too many and ruining what was a nice area when we moved in.

how close the houses are behind us. Too close and completely overlooked
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
at the beginning was excellent. now non-existent. Site manager left and those who have replaced him ignore us
