The property management should be revolutionised and the top management should be held accountable.

The interior facilities such as furniture and kitchen ware are nice. However, the building management and maintenance are very poor. Instead of offering professional support, the management team makes people feel like they are too naive and unsympathetic to manage and understand the needs and frustration of tenants.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Doors can be opened by strangers who have keys to enter. Copy keys exists which fatally undermines the security of living.

Unknown horrifying alarm sound from within the flat is made for no reason.

Bin collection is badly designed and organised.

Lifts are always out of order.

Reception doesn’t offer any help in parcel delivery & collection.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how inefficient and problematic the property management team is before moving in. I wish I knew flat doors can be opened by strangers. I wish I knew the reception is dysfunctional beforehand.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very bureaucratic manner and slow response. The support ticket system provided by the app doesn’t work at all. The only thing they do efficiently is organise food & snack events which only enhance the frustration of tenants as their problems of parcel collection, bin collection and unauthorised entry to flats are not solved.

Not as expected unfortunately

The layout of my apartment is good however when i moved in over a year ago now there was a broken window a damaged floor, leaks and till this day these have not been fixed or “fixed” by welding the window shut so now it can’t open which took me a year. So the management of the building is terrible and actually the worst i have ever been in.

I have also had packages stolen and there is never anyone in the office. When you call Vonder you also cant get through not even the emergency line when my fire alarm went off at 5am. It took me 3 hours to get a hold of someone. If that wasn’t bad enough I had bills included in my contract so if you go over the normal usage you pay that which makes sense.

However they have now sent me a bill for all of last year saying i went over the limit. I completed that contract so its very odd that they would not let you know for an entire year and then give me a week to pay it. I have reached out to them and of course no reply. Its been 3 days now. I don’t like writing bad reviews but this is simply too much.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is nice despite being right by a busy road you do not get disturbed by too much noise and there are nice parks and walking areas around as well as canals.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

that they would send me a bill for electricity for all of 2022 and till March 2023 only 3 days ago with no prior warning and no meter readings available

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

no, I still have leaks and my window was not fixed for a year meaning i had to put the heating higher then usual which they are now trying to bill me for. In addition to this summer is coming and i now can’t open it as they “fixed it”

Very good development in a friendly neighborhood!

Modern design with great facilities and property management. The building is very well structured, we absolutely love the underfloor heating! Design is modern and the apartment is very well isolated. Spacious 1 bedrooms with incredibly modern aspect. Good property management kept clean by the building managers.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Not a lot of local shops but there is a Tesco Extra near the development which is great! Lots of open spaces!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can become a bit noisy when people are walking on the hallway, also sometimes not clean due to other residents not respecting the facilities of the buildings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Friendly and helpful building management with very fast response rate!

Excellent if you need a serviced fully furnished apartment for short periods of time.

Good: Very responsive guest services manager who is always communicative and engaged in any issues you have.

Nice apartments with excellent bathroom, kitchen, heating, etc.

Pet-friendly

Bad: Lots of students around drunk at all hours making a noise

No communal facilities such as gym, cinema, meeting rooms, etc

Dirty carpeting in communal areas

In the middle of nowhere but you already know this before you book

TERRIBLE letting agency eson2. Shocking unresponsive once they have your money. Possibly the worst I have ever experienced.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

In the middle of nowhere but there is a large Tesco supermarket within a short walk as well as a Subway sandwich place.

Proximity to the A4 is great.

Really need a local cafe or something.

Excellent parking facilities

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Had I known the letting agent would be this bad I would have rented dirty from Vonder or via another agent.

Kitchen quite sparsely equipped

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very efficiently and expediently. Sometimes things take a bit of time but they are always managing expectations so it’s fine.

Shockingly bad letter agent eson2 who honestly need to be ditched.
