Nice location

The building was designed to a good level with the only issue of noise from the cladding. It was made of metal from the outside which would generate noise when it is really hot or raining outside. Building is properly managed with nice facilities such as dining room.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Easy to reach everywhere – university/ city centre/ train station. Oxford road is just 1 min walk. There are lots of restaurants around as well which makes life super convenient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They would try to take deposit from you for no reason. There is noise coming from the cladding.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management delayed replying to us when we ask for help with the deposit and utility charge.

A breath of fresh air

All the team at Vita Living go above and beyond to meet requests including holding events within the building to help meet new people which was a great help moving to a new city!

Super excited for the new building to open to explore the vast communal spaces provided – it’s definitely made working from home much more comfortable.

Would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for city centre living!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great choice of restaurants, takeaways and bars just a 5/10 minutes walk away making getting to know the city easy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good to know dining rooms are free to book as from doing viewings elsewhere this isn’t the case.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We got a parking fine for parking on Nobel Way when we moved in but this was sorted by management immediately.

Best location, great social life

The development has a modern design and the social spaces that are included in the development are well-maintained and greatly improve the living experience. The building management is decent, sometimes it takes longer for maintenance and repairs to be done but I mostly had only good experiences. The property management is polite and always helpful, as well as the 24/7 reception is a big plus.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance, there are bus stations close by and the nearest tram station is 5 minutes away. There are a multitude of bars/restaurants and grocery stores in Circle Square itself that can be a bit pricey but are definitely worth it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would really recommend you use the social spaces and the dining rooms as soon as you move in and keep using them frequently.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of the issues raised with building management were resolved in a timely manner.

Great city centre apartments

Amazing communal spaces! I love the roof patios and can’t wait to book the dining rooms out for an event. Really excited about the gym opening too and the park in the middle of the buildings.

My apartment has tons of storage and lots of natural light. It’s a really nice place to come home to.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Really central location with good transport links. Building is pretty quiet located away from the main road and feels very safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym is going to be in the building next door. Not a big deal though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues yet but the staff are there 24/7 and really helpful.
