Disappointing.

The facilities were sold as a co-working, co-living space for young professionals; unfortunately it’s overrun with students.

There is no fixed pricing and tenants are charged considerably variable prices for the same flat; feels like a total rip off.

Staff couldn’t be happier to sell the building to get you to move in. The move in after care is extremely poor and the building management are offensively rude and unhelpful; it feels like you can’t report any problems without complete fustian from building management.

Internet is abysmal; when reporting this, I was told that I needed to sort my own work-around without very little support and therefore I was unable to work from home.

Asked for prices for other properties and fobbed off at every opportunity. There is a distinct lack of transparency on the pricing structure. Sales team don’t follow through on promises to make contact. They pluck random prices out of thin air.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The local amenities are good, however this is overshadowed by considerable construction works. The development should be safe, however multiple car breaks in and smashed windows have taken place on site – management don’t care when raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A clear and honest pricing structure.
The proportion of students to professional ratio.
The timescale for completed building works and other facilities.
The poor restrictions on the internet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly; again, the aftercare is less than ideal and building management get very stressed when you raise issues.

Nice place ruined by poor staff

The staff here do not care about customer service, no matter how many times they try to convince you that they do when you’re in the process of arranging to live here. Since moving in we’ve realised they are more interested in socialising with each other and treat you as though you’re a hinderance to them. The Operations Manager is particularly rude. She appears to take great offence to anybody who doesn’t agree with everything she says, then proceeds to treat them badly despite her being a member of staff and them paying to live here. This is supposed to be a building for professionals, it’s a shame their staff aren’t also professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How unprofessional the staff are and the lack of amenities in comparison to the number of tenants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Often they ignore when problems are raised and you have to chase numerous times

Lovely apartments at Circle Square

Lovely designed area, building and new park. Everything looks very sleek and modern. Facilities are excellent, private dining rooms and wonderful way to enjoy an evening with friends/family. The on-site coffee machine is very helpful for getting through the long days working from home on the roof terrace. The flats are nice with a lot of storage. Just wish there was a little bit more light in the flat for my plants haha.
Looking forward to the gym opening next week. TRIB3 is excellent, would recommend.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Excellent area, located a minute walk from Oxford Road train station and 10 minutes from Piccadilly station.
Right next to the central motorway but cannot hear it when the windows are closed.
Parking available nearby but it’s relatively expensive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is relatively expensive. Check this out if you need a car but location is excellent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had a broken tap which was fixed easily. All the staff are lovely.

Building management is poor.

This is just another Vita Student, not a community for professionals as it was sold as. Students continue to move in and are the majority in this building.
Bin chutes are continually breaking.
Communal areas and the roof terrace are good.
Building management is poor. Attitude is defensive and rude when issues are raised, no response to emails.
The loud construction work on site which was supposed to be finished in spring continues with no end in sight. Dates are moved and times are not kept. Completion which was given originally is denied, even though it was in writing.
Internet doesn’t work. No interest in fixing, it’s ‘free’. It’s including in the high rent so nothing is free.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Busy student area, late night clubs, noisy main road and a noisy construction site. Antisocial behaviour on the park out front at all hours of the morning.
No parking, cars get broken into outside the building.
Train and tram links are excellent, just at the top of the road.
Good selection of small stores.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it was going to be filled with students and living on a construction site.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and no. They choose to ignore what they don’t agree with.
