Amazing!

I really like the design and facilities snd am excited to see what fills empty spaces and see it progress further. I enjoy that there is a bar/restaurant on site also as it’s been a nice way to meet people who live in the area.
Building management have always been super friendly and helpful also!

The only bad element for me is that the development is still ongoing so there is a lot of work going on.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the work going on would be going on at 8am on Saturdays as can be a little loud

Really quickly and in a timely manner which has always been appreciated

Totally recommend !!!

Our flat has so much natural light, big balconies, well thought out development and right on the canal. Incredible storage for London both in the flat, and storage units included underground for all tenants. Also all bosh appliances and good quality fit out !!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Ideal for transport links as only one stop / 10 minute walk to Stratford. Although location in terms of a culture and amenities isn’t fantastic. Feels very residential and not much else going on but the development has a nice vibe and I can see a residential culture forming with the corner shop, and Print House plus it’s all young people living here. Also only 20 minute walk to Hackney so although not on the door stop, transport links make up for this. Super clean, they have thought about everything onsite handyman, postal room, shop, residents app etc. Although inductions could have been better, still don’t know how to control heating/hot water.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It goes back to the induction, the app provided is really helpful for hob/oven appliances but not idea how to use the heating. With the cost of living rising this is a really important factor.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far all requests have been responded too apart from the induction on how to operate the underfloor heating. Everyone we have encountered on site has been really friendly and just makes living here a real pleasure.

Great property, clean streets and very nice maintenance

The design of the house is very good And although we have experienced some maintenance issues, the maintenance team are very quick in responding and fixing the issues. Our concierge staff are also very friendly and helpful

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Being close to Westfield and Stratford centre is very useful. However I would say having a convenience store closer, on the actual property would be more useful as well as having a free gym for residents. There’s the print house restaurant nearby but having another bar may be nice. Transport links are very good and we’re close to a lot of stations. Bins get full quite quickly which can be an issue sometimes . It would also be better if free parking was provided for Residents.

I wish we had known more about the bills aspect and more info on when the gym and store will be available

Management is quite quick when it comes to maintenance issues

A beautiful new build with a great vibe

Love the design and furnished beautifully

The only sad thing for me is that we cannot recycle glass here which is very lacking in this day and age – especially for a new built

The concierge, receptionists and handy men and all lovely, very trustworthy and helpful

Great pub on your doorstep with great vibes and right on the canal
Small Tesco about 10 minutes away and a larger one just over 10 minutes but will be quicker as a new bridge is being built. Gym and new convenience store is also to be built on the island

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wifi boxes are already fitted! You just call up, select your package and can activate it immediately, no waiting around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues are addressed quickly – we were having lock issues for instance which we reported and had a new one fitted free the next day
