Terrible mould and damp problem within the first month of moving in. Poor quality, cheap buildings rented at a high price. Not duty of care from the horrible landlord and dodgy estate agents (Maxwell Valentine). Money grabbing, nasty people. AVOID VARIS DEVELOPMENTS AT ALL COSTS. It was honestly the worst experience for me and my families life renting here. So happy to have left despite still receiving constant threats and hassle from the landlord and estate agent.

Awful, traumatic experience renting at Varis Court. Vile, shambolic landlord and estate agent.

I wish I knew there was a leak and mould problems being covered up from the money thieving landlord and estate agent. We were completely misled.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The terrible leak and mould issue was not resolved, it got progressively worse since we reported the issue and there was not an ounce of care for us as tenants.
