Location super close to work, my place has a nice layout when you come in to the buildimg. But the downside is this that it can get cold.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I had known that it gets cold in the winter, unfortunately there is not much just that can be done to change this.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that it is close to pubs, bars, restaurants and shops. I wish that it was a little bit quieter because it’s next to a main road.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would like to know that the heat cost can be high in this building. There is also parking for visitors after 6 in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They made the process quick and they are very friendly.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the atriums , location perfect Aldi is just there and is cheap and living near northern quarter is very convenient. Electronic heaters are expensive

There is nothing like this I believe I had all the information I needed before moving in.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The heater situation as it’s the only thing that is really bothering me.

Good location and management,
No reception but it adds to the price so i don’t mind
