i like that it is quite and close to school and station

I do not like the neighbourhood as it is a bit dodgy

the sound proof is not that great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes they have although i did not have any issues or problems

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Loads of cats here in this area and close to my university UCL and is really close to shops like the Chinese supermarket and co op to make food when you’re hungry. There is no underground station nearby like there used to. It is also quite a noisy neighbourhood

No i had a lot of information

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would like to change my room mate who is the same preferably in thensame university as me.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Close to all development at kings cross.
Transports is good and nearby so good access to buses and trains.
Facilitied are good as it includes gym.

However the area is quite rough.

Hope there could be extra bedroom in the flat and more space.

The area is blooming with a lot of new buildings being built.

The accommodation has got a parking garage but you have to pay extra for it.
