Likes:
– This area has been my home for 8 years.
– Incredibly safe in my opinion.
– Amazingly well connected with Kings cross and overground services very close by.
– Most convenient location in London for transport in my opinion!
– Facilities are amazing around the development and the area.

Dislikes:
– Structural issues for owners only

Having known the area and the development beforehand, there isn’t anything I wish I’d known.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Having loved the area that I live in and the development, there is nothing I’d change.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Close to all development at kings cross.
Transports is good and nearby so good access to buses and trains.
Facilitied are good as it includes gym.

However the area is quite rough.

Hope there could be extra bedroom in the flat and more space.

The area is blooming with a lot of new buildings being built.

The accommodation has got a parking garage but you have to pay extra for it.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I don’t like the lack of security and how unsafe the park is.
It is far away from tube station.
I like that is the innovated place in central London.
I like the gym however the condition is not great.

I wished I could be closer to the station and more safer
