Good location but area can be noisy

Good building design. Basic but does its job. Kept clean by cleaning staff and feels safe to be around and in. 24 hr concierge desk helps with safety levels.
Apartments can get really warm though in the summers and with the TRS factory directly behind there is a certain level of outside noise you have to deal with which can be constant

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great access to train station and main high street with good shops. A vibrant area with local library at your doorstop in a mulitictural town

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Apartment gets very hot in summer. Ventilation not great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response to emails and maintenance is good with fast repairs

vibrant area and location

Design, no complaints, does the job
basic facilities, indoor air con doesn’t seem effective, rooms get super hot in the summer not much ventilation
no communal areas or green space, would have been nice to have outdoor area to sit. only outdoor space is the carpark and can’t sit there

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

lots of ethnic shops in this diverse part of london, vibrant and exciting
great shops and restaurants mainly ethnic asian cuisine

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

area can get bit noisy during celebrations / weddings as a wedding venue is 100 metres away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

there is a repair guy who does a good job but long wait to be seen

decent place but but outdated compared to the newer buildings

no big issues, design is good and cleaners come weekly and building kept in good condition but sometimes things are broken and takes an age to repair. glass on back entrance door has been cracked for over year and not repaired – probably don’t think it’s a priority to repair

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

good bin collections, come on time
traffic can be high on the main street as it leads to the main road and train station but new station which connects Elizabeth line is modernised and spacious compared to the old one

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

have to pay extra hot water bill ad rents go up each year

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they try to sort the issue but lack of staff means long wait times

Nice place to live

The place comes with uderground parking which is a very convinient way to park. You have 24 hour conceirge 7 days a week. I have been living there for 6 years , i havent had any problems so i will highly recommend this place. Flats are well insulated which saves heating costs
