TRS Apartments is a mixed-use scheme development by TRS Asset Management in Southhall currently listed on HomeViews. Southall is a large suburban district of West London and part of the London Borough of Ealing. The development is located just outside of the centre of Southall on Southbridge Way, just moments away from Southall rail station for easy National Rail links into London Paddington. It features a variety of one and two-bedroom apartments as well as various retail units on the ground floor. There are a number of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

Really good reception, great view and big living room/ bedrooms.

Really good design of the toilet. Two toilets are convenient.

Reception and security on site.

Intercom access with camera

Parking and lift access

Letter box in reception and delivery kept in reception.

Wide bedrooms

Kitchen with living room or separate depending on preference.

Bad maintenance, always have to chase maintenance and they don’t come.

Cockroach spread in apartment and everyone is complaining due to lack of maintenance available.

quick good access to the Broadway and station within 15 mins walking distance.

Bin collection on Mondays (recycling and normal sections)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Really good reception, great view and big living room/ bedrooms.

However, poor communication about maintenance and slow.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The security guard/ receptionist has been emailing and calling for maintenance however we are still waiting as they are many repairs needed to be made and a brown – coackroach infestation in the apartment has also occurred.

Nice place to stay at

Design is very beautiful very modern and good space, would prefer tiny bit more spacious but easy for a family of 3 , building management are very easy and responsive, maintaince easily done, easy to decorate and customise just not too flamboyant colours which can go against the contract rules you receive but personally easy and quick to di touch ups however style before hand is very nice. Some flats come with balconies to receive fresh air and look outside at the view witch is very nice windows are very nice too as they are safe too

Shops like fast food,pizza are nearby great view ,great area, 3 mins walk to the southall train stations, bus stops nearby and very convenient

The train station is nearby with train noises which u can only clearly hear when windows are fully open

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems have been solved efficiently and quickly done as soon as possible

Good transportation links but no green space

Basic design is neat and clean
Large carpark
But no green areas for residents to enjoy nature. That’s the main thing missing here
Otherwise clean building and cleaners come weekly
24hr concierge adds to enhanced security
Concierge are polite and handle mail and postage securly
Dedicated maintenance man for repairs but only available weekends so sometimes are waiting 1-2 weeks for repairs

Great access to vibrant high street and many food shops
Good car parking facilities on site
Excellent transportation links to train and buses
Factory at the rear end can create noise pollution when windows open you can hear the constant hum of the factory throughout the work week and occasionally on weekends if its open then too which it is at least 10-15 weekends per year if not more

The factory behind the building creates a lot of noise pollution throughout the week and most weekends
Apartments tend to get very hot amd stuffy during winter. Air flow is poor in apartments

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Repairs and maintenance have been dealt with within 1-2 weeks as maintenance man only comes on weekends

Good but could be better

Design is fine, but parking is limited. And management are not consistent with their services and help when needed.
The third party pcn wardens give tickets to even residents when permits are not clear on the windscreen or partially shown.
The gym below should have been an incentive to have free membership for all resident or. One login per flat. A communal pool or garden would have made the design and development much better

good part is the train station and ease of public transport. Bad angle is parking and management,

That the price of the rent would increase yearly. Also that after all the water and lift bill, you still have to pay another hot water bill to the landlord Trs management.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They can be Slow but the work gets done eventually.
