We are happy with the design of property and the lay out of the development . It is spacious and private. Redrow have been slow to address snags but have resolved most after a lot of chasing, the management company RMG have yet to do anything whilst still taking payments.
The development is in a lovely area with plenty of walks. There are a couple of local shops and pubs in walking distance and lots of local amenities a short drive away.
That as free holders we have no legislative right over the management company
They have responded but still waiting 2 years on for a couple of jobs.
Very close to the city centre with great transport links, good choices for food, boutiques and bars. Street has no parking due to design as no pavements. Area is in a good location for both urban and rural needs and is a 5 minute drive from the motorway.

The future build phase of other developers in the area
To have the after sales care more attentive and understanding that the cost of a property is high so the expectations of finish are very high
The gardens are a joke nothing but clay rock hard in summer boggy can’t walk on it in winter the landscaping well two different lay outs one a nice lawn effect the other a wild meadow the drains have been dug up more times than looking for gold in the Californian gold rush the road has not been tarmaced I presume in anticipation of having to dig the drains again
Bus links very good reasonably close to town centre close to country side the range of different shops are good
That we had to have bt broadband for two years no choice
In a small cul de sac good neighbourhood all similar age group
Well designed good management any questions where sorted out quick facility can’t comment as they have not been done yet the site is well maintained and run very professionaly good selection of different models in various brick and stone the site is very well laid out very pleased
Close to shopping but it’s close to county side very quiet good neighbourhood
