“The apartment is really nice – it is spacious, modern and there is a great balcony. We also have pretty nice views from the apartment. It is cheap to run utilities-wise which is a real bonus. The concierge service is generally very good (although you have to ring them to get hold of them). In terms of facilities, the courtyard within the residence is very attractive and pleasant but sadly there is not a gym.”  Verified resident, Charterhouse the Square.

Beautiful location

There is a cladding issue which is really unsafe and . the quality is good.
There is a large garage and bike storage which is useful and concierge is 24 hours.
At times it can get a bit warm especially during the heatwave as there is very large windows
Some apartments don’t have a balcony
Terrace on the top floor which is open to everyone.

I like that its close to the river and the park as well as clapham junction.
I dislike that it has no sense of community.

The cladding issue after grenfeld tower which is really worrying

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

not ultra fast as the elevators and the bin area has issues but werent fixed for weeks.

Same cladding as grenfeld!

There is little storage space inside the apartment. The wardrobes manufacturer was given to us with the wrong name so could not replace or extend it when wanted.
There should be a balcony in the apartment and the windows are really hard to clean from the living room.

How are the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised? 

There are times where things get done quickly but when lift took a long time to fix.

I like the location as the walk along the river is just a stone throw away. the station is really close too.
theres nothing i dislike.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The cladding on the outside of the building is flammable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

there are times where things get done quickly but when lift took a long time to fix.

Great property for view

The apartment is amazing and they are really spacious for the price. We have a large window that allows you to open up completely onto the courtyard.
Both the bedrooms are sized well and have a bathroom separately to each other, the bedrooms is really spacious.

i like that its quiet and i always feel safe in this neighbourhood.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

it would be really useful to have a company like homeviews as it would have been great to see what real people are saying

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the apartments are new so we havent hasd many issues.

Great apartment but noisy area!

It is designed well and is spacious for London. Living room is very chilled out.
We haven’t had any issues with the property
I wish we had the balcony although it is nice that we have the terrace on the top floor.
It can get rowdy at night.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that its quiet but its got louder recently due to the construction.
I like being so close to the river.
It can loud during the weekends.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been nice to have a platform to get to know the neighbours.

What is the best feature of your home:

the underfloor heating is wonderful during the winter.
