There are no parking services, this is difficult as itsmaim mode of transport

parking facilities are the only real problem for me

again, parking is the main issue and it would be really good to have somewhere close to leave the car

Overspill and noise from nearby Nightclub
Loud walking on footbridge which gets noisy late at night

do not feel like there is anythimg i was not made aware of before moving in

There isn’t a good grocery shop living by
Calm and quiet surroundings

Lack of grocery shop nearby

What is the best feature of your home:

The modern design makes for a nice living expirience

Good: location and view

Bad: the management company are not helpful, parcels get stolen and they say sorry we can’t put a CCTV as it’s too expensive. Also, the building has silverfish, no matter what you do. You just can’t get rid of them, they live in the walls of the building, the rooms are tiny.

Silverfish- you just can’t get rid of them
Lifts make a horrible sound
No cctv

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would ask them to have a cctv, better lifts which don’t wake you up
