Good

The transport links are ideal. It is easy to get to the central London for work commuting. The area is generally quiet and peaceful. I am very happy with the layout and sizes of my rooms as well as the cleanliness.

I like about this area that it has a great location.

I wish I knew before moving in here that there is problem with the parking space.

Informative

The building quality is excellent and overall it is quite spacious. The building doesn’t really have any facilities, such as a gym. So generally pretty good building with few facilities.

The building has a good selection of restaurants and bars. Equally the building has great transport links.

Nothing that I wish knew before they moved in.

No problems raised so building management hasnt been called.

Nice 3 bed flat in SW2

The design is quite modern and plain but it’s functional and spacious. The facilities are modern and functional.

The flats are really energy efficient and well insulated.

Building management is not the best but in line with similar block across London.

Great transport links, good shops and good schools. Lively community of families and close to great parks

I which I knew more about building defects and what to look for.

They have intervened but the process is pretty lengthy
