Great design and love the look for the property

Great design and love the look for the property, the utilities are great and heating is very cheap due to the great build of the property. The management has been awful and we have been unable to get. A lot of snags fixed and the list is ever growing

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Living in Balham is great, so close to everything and everyone nearby is great

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How hard it is to get building aspects changed/fixed once in

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They didn’t reply, and have been chased so much since. Whenever we see builders on site they are great though

Value for money.

In general, it is really good and it is what we were expecting. I couple of things that I do not entirely like are the lifts (they are extremely slow) and the stairs leading to the storage units: they are really uncomfortable to walk.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I love the quietness of this area. I used to live in Bournemouth town centre and the difference is massive. I just love it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known my real move in date sooner. It was kind of a mystery at the time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They took too long to sort the parking lot situation but in the end, they did it and now it is great.

Rivershill

Location and services are very good, proximate to high street and retail and hospitality. And good access to transport options. Property management in transition to full occupancy has been a mixed experience with some issues around bin storage, infrastructure and cleaning. See above

How to use all of the services within apartment ( heating, water, appliances)
Schedule and management of third party FM

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly with regard to snagging period issues. FM has been slow to respond to some issues.

Beautiful flats and building, mgnt company could be better

Great design, love the WFH space (although only a few spots have two plug sockets).

A few bits have already worn like the paint on the communal door handles, and finishing touches in the flats weren’t done or pointed out for us to have to do, most of buyers being FTBs like myself won’t know this – so having to protect/ seal the floors after moving in has been a nightmare quite frankly. Paint also not good, should have been a second paint that’s longer lasting/ quality.

Good value for money overall.

Our Caretaker is amazing.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Amazing location by the station but with that has come some social issues (intruders/ thieves, drug use next door) and the property management company appointed is very very poor so it’s sometimes very concerning that they won’t help if / when needed. Quite a bit of noise from the traffic, trains and street but that does come with living centrally.

Would be great to have got some green space as part of the development – this for me is the major part that’s missing.

Bin collection is fine.

Security is a bit of an issue as mentioned above.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The floors aren’t sealed, I would have loved to know how to treat them before I moved all my furniture in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

EXTREMELY poorly. They ghost us all and are impossible to speak to to find resolutions. Totally useless team who give us different responses to the same topics, and are unprofessional.
