Overall good development

Great value for a good quality build and fit out. Fantastic location close to multiple transport links. Issues with water, leaking pipes causing intermittent water outages and loss of hot water for days at a time. Management of development are sometimes slow to deal with issues and often the concierge are not present. Lots of noise due to various local building sites which can disrupt evenings and weekends on occasion. Lifts often break down.

Brilliant transport links, great value for the area and the standard of kitchen and bathroom. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Lots of car parks and close to office space.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise levels are constant, sometimes very loud well into the evening and on Saturday and Sunday mornings. This would have prevented me from renting the property

Overall good experience, temporary tenancy however I enjoy the accessibility

I Like the soundproofing on the windows, makes for a peaceful and quiet flat, don’t know neighbours very well or socialise with others in the building but this suits me. Very convenient for transport close to west croydon as well so convenient.

Like the area but dislike that sometimes theres rubbish on the streets loud people next door at the hotel but can easily close the windows to be soundproof

More about the carpark maybe, also dont like my agency but like the landlord

Sound proof windows make it very peaceful. Nice flat and good price considering transport links

Owns property

No concierge – there is a part time guy, more of a caretaker really. The property management company is bad in generally. The building is not secure and not kept well as there are weeds growing. There are people taking drugs and a tenant had a party and lift broke and people got stuck.

Really good transport links conveient dislikes the litter homeless people

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Finishings not up to a hig standard windowsills cracks in wood plumbimgs iffy finish in kitchen not great building materials were left when moved in like sawdust left around

Quiet building, lots of maintenance issues

Its very quiet inside the building the lift breaks a lot and doesn’t get properly fixed. The neighbours are good. Very secure facilities. However, they don’t collect recycling… it piles up regular trash is okay and is collected regularly.

Dislike the hotel next door the people next door causes lots of issues needing police presence

That its so close to work – can walk to work ver nice
