The area is very well connected, the tube station and Westfield, where you can do a lot of activities like bowling and mini golf are just around the corner. Soho house is a members club with nice pool and activities, our branch is called White City house.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The neighbourhood is not very safe. I have heard about gang issues and the security has been mugged once while walking at night.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like that it is very light and there is plenty of space inside.

We have amazing restaurants just next to us .

This area is so fun and surrounded by professional , during night is a bite dodgy.

I wish we had grocery and food market which could make the life easier .

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

This is a old building and I believe the ceilings should be controlled during rainy season .

Best access to the tube station and shopping mall and I hate the traffic .

I am not happy with the management due to their promises to make a food market but it never happened .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I would say they are helpful but never respond straightaway.

Some of the least professional property developers I have ever encountered!!! Our flat at the Television Centre, top floor, has been leaking for over a year, heating not working still, after two years. They are still “repairing” and investigating. Multiple company directors have been contacted – they ignore us. The head of After Care – ignores requests, pretends her team gave us a clean flat – they haven’t even removed the protection bar in the installed washing machine. Dirty flat – debris everywhere under the built-in kitchen. Residence Service Manager – useless, full of excuses, may wait for longer than a week for a reply. These people are amateurs wannabe professionals. The problem is at the core – poor management! Full of rules and always seems difficult to even have a delivery… Don’t buy a thread from this irresponsible company!

Wish I have known how unprofessional is the Television Centre and Stanhope staff – almost nothing done after 2 years of buying a new home…

Yes, slowly, and still not done, 2 years after purchasing the flat
