Friendly, clean and communal

Its a lovely area thats great for families. I’ve been living here 5 years and when i first moved here i was struck by the great sense of community to the extent that its almost like a village. Great transport and grocery shopping.

The size of the apartment is great considering it is only a two bedroom.

Love that we are in London but the people are like a village. The road is very noisy and boy often rev and race cars.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was nothing i wosh i’d known as i lived in the area before.

What is the best feature of your home:

The Size of the apparetment is great considering it is only a two bedroom.

Nice

I moved here from Austria with my family few years ago.
We really enjoy live here as there are all the amenities we need.
Tesco is 1 min away, the park is 2 mins away, the area is very well connected to trains and buses running with a 24 hours service.
It’s a recommend area for family with kids, as there is a good number of great schools.

Eficient and clean

Family orientated area with not much to do for young people but it is a good location in terms of transport links. It can also be noisy at times but on the whole it’s quiet. The flats great and I’m from Chingford so near family.

It’s quite spacious considering the size as it is London.

Dislike that there are lots of warehouses but there are good transport links.

There isn’t a lot of residential parking for when you have guests and you have to buy a parking space on top of your mortgage.

Its quite spacisious considerimg the size as it is london.

Great Location

Comfortable 2 bed 2 bath that is very spacious. Good light in the rooms, nothing to dislike it’s very well designed. Building management much better now it’s changed.
Concierge really good, 24 hours and helps to make it feel safe.

Great facilities near by including a gym. Transport is close and continent. Also have leisure centre, just perfectly located.
