Parking is okay as I had two spaces. Bins were collected well but litter was often left on streets for weeks before being cleared. Fairly nice neighbourhood and little traffic noise

The houses are not built to the best standard so make sure to survey well before purchase

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very hard to get support but for the major things they were good

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The road we live on is nice and quiet, the road conditions are very poor and roads are very narrow to try and pass two cars at the same time. Open space is good unfortunately we have waited a long time for local shop and it’s very limited with range and very over priced.

Issues with the snagging list takes forever to be fixed as you get passed from pillar to post

It’s a great area and amazing community for families however the noise and inconvenience of the builders can be annoying. However, the workers are always happy to answer questions or help you

I wish I knew the size of the garden or had a growing, it is a great community neighbourhoods are very nice

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very well, anytime I call they always come to help quickly or give me ways to fix it myself.

Beautiful area and a great community, overall we have a lovely home that we love however we have had to push a side alot of damage to our property from builders rushing and not doing a good job
We have lived in our home for 5 years and still are waiting for soverign to fix ours issues
Roads are slowly getting better but have been awful for years, the roads are far too narrow and is not idea for a busy community coming in and out all the time
Car are forced to stop to let people through first
And I can’t imagine what emergency services would go through if they had to get some someone’s quickly
It is awful on bin day as bin lorries are just too big and they block the road ( not there fault)
Since living here we have had no problems from anti social behaviour and has some lovely neighbours

How unreliable soverign Is and wish I didn’t go for a new build!

Won’t take responsibility and bounce my problems back and forth from soverign to bovis
