The development itself has been well thought out and the design is very appealing. The central courtyard give a friendly neighbourhood vibe that is awesome to be a part of. All flats are built to a good specification and quality appliances have been used throughout.
There are numerous shops and local restaurants within a short walk or drive from this development. Whetstone high street and palmers green have a good assortment of shops.
I wish I would have known how friendly this neighbourhood is
Very quick response form the manager services and quickly rectified some small defects
The building is cleaned regularly and the bins are replaced frequently which is great.
I’m enjoying living here as a single person, I chose the flat because of the location and lovely design of the property which has a huge south facing window and balcony.
Great transport links with the tube, overground, A406 and buses so close.
My flat faces out to a busy road so can be noisy, but if the windows & doors are shut you can’t hear anything. Only a pain when its hot and yo need them open.
Lots of shops and a retail park near by, also a beautiful large park 5 mins away.
Flat is super light and modern, designed very well.
1 bed flats do not have parking available.
How hot the flat which is great but also sometimes too hot, especially as its too noisy to open the windows when im working from home. So make sure you get good blinds and a fan!
They have been slow to respond, but have been advised that there has been a huge change in staff, I shall wait to see if my query is resolved soon…
i would like to start of with the cleaning of the building. i could say that a decent job is done but would need some improving. additionally, since moving in the whole flat had an issue with the front door, either technical or mechanical. furthermore, i am not the greatest fan of the interior architecture as i had a tough time trying to fit my furniture but having a brand new home was v exciting .
first of all, the, the transport plays a very Curial part in my life. having access to busses and overground and underground train stations is a massive plus. additionally, the neighbourhood is friendly and safe. however the building noises could be irritating sometimes and that theres many supermarkets around
that the neighbourhood is very friendly however that there can be a lack of busses from my house
The building is built as ok and not very high end but they don’t have a good team for checking before hand over as they should have and One Housing is the worst management company in the uk.
Compare to other developers and the same price in other London area is expensive.
Street is very good location from public view however the lane in the middle is not a good example for all public
Service charge is not fair for new buildings and it should not be like it
Not very good just acceptable most of equipment inside flat
