Houses are modern designed with eco solutions, like eco facilities, decices to set up temperatures in certain times to save energy bills etc. Materials used to build house are high quality and building management is professional. Repair service is quick if necessary.

Lift always seems to be broken but usually fixed pretty quickly, building is always kept clean.
Parking is a free for all which is fine but as said previous people who don’t stay in the flats will park there with work vans they collect in morning and leave their car there during the day

Could be better design. Waste of space in downstairs toilet which could be better used in the living room. Property management and building has been awful. Still waiting for issues to be fixed and I moved in nine months ago. Poor communication and no updates received.

I have to call to have anything done. Grass cut,street lights. It should have someone come round and check it all regularly.Really needs a team to look after the estate for the completed parts.Tell people about the amount of social housing flats that are on here before buying.
