Brilliant property, great location, helpful staff

To be honest I don’t really have anything negative to say. The property and the staff have both been wonderful!

Our bathroom is a bit small but we knew that before we moved in and we have lots of space for everything else. The building has a nice open floor plan and the roof is lovely to relax on.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Stockport shopping centre is a bit lacking when coming from the big city but it still has enough to provide for your needs.
The train station is maybe a 3 minute walk.
There are many hairdressers within a 10 minute walk.
We’re in a great position to get to other areas nearby Stockport.
And parking is only a 5 minute walk away.
There’s also a usable gym which always comes in handy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have like to have known that there is a window in the kitchen.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I messaged management when my electric went out, and within minutes someone had come down to save me.

Very Good

l am very pleased by the modern design, the facility and also the inspirind quotes on the wall. The people around are amazing and never had to complain about anything. Landlord is very understanding and compreensive.
A lot of visiting friends asked me about moving in to the building aswell.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very compreensive and hardworking people and also very quick to make chagens or fixes.

The Building is good, but need more space

I liked this building’s design, especially the walled garden in the middle of the facades, I always appreciated a green touch and being part of nature, but I would like it more if there were more apartments by adding more floors and more spacious parking area

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The local shops are good, but some are expensive, especially the grocery shops, the Railway station is very near, as well as the bus station, the only problem with this building is that a lot of homeless people have started to sleep near the building’s doorsteps

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I know that available apartments aren’t always listed on the Rightmove website

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded quickly to my request, but I need to frequently check with them about the progress of my request

Overall it’s pretty good.

The building is relatively pretty and well maintained. Each entrance is locked behind a code, with a camera pointing towards its door. Cleaning is done regularly. They even sometimes clean up your windows.
The trash is taken out every week and the bins are also locked behind a door code. The mailboxes are right next to them, also secured in a similar fashion. There is even an amazon locker.

Overall it’s pretty good.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I would say this is a good development. There are bus stops right in front of it, cameras in every entrance and it is located close to the city centre with a Iceland grocery store as near as a 3 min walk across the street for your weekly needs.

The streets are relatively calm at night, although the seagulls aren’t (especially around 3 am).

The only real complain i’d have is that the rent is quite high (around 850-1200 ranging from studios to 2 bedroom apartments).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had known about some neighbors smoking what seems to be pot sometimes in the courtyard. The smells isn’t that great…

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did have quite a few problems with my flat when i first moved in but the manager helped me sort through them. He’s always available for help via WhatsApp which is nice.
