About Rialto Properties Ltd

Rialto was established in 1960 by James Barham. It was originally operating as a house-building contractor that morphed into a property developer. Very responsive building management, they are great

Well built and well managed property. The customer service is good too. We have a car park, it is 1 space per flat, the concierge is very nice too. The flat is very conveniently located because it is close to Oxford Circus where I like spending most of my spare time.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It is very noisy but pretty area, it is also very well connected because it is quite central. My favourite restaurants are at Sheldon Square, I prefered them to the local ones.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the cladding problems. The regulations have been changed now and the cladding replacement is going to take around 6 months. It is frustrating that we have to pay for it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent management, they maintain very good communication with both the tenants and the owners.

Good location

The flat is very modern, and quite spacious, depending on the room. The living room specially is very big, which is great. We also got a small balcony.
The concierge is great and very helpful. Luckily we havent had to deal with building management as we have had no pronlems.

Shops are very good too, there is a great variety.
We havent tried the restaurants around yet, but we have seen quite a lot of them.
The area feels very safe, and it is relatively quiet for being central.

Awesome location and good value for money

It is a well built flat, better quality than in the ones I have lived in before. It is a good value for money. I have a balcony, facing the garden, I love the view! The flat is not spacious but it is bright because of the light coming in from the garden. There is a concierge and the safety is alright.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There are many supermarkets around. I particularly do my grocery shopping at Tesco. It is just around the corner and it is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The agent was very straightforward. The complete information was provided to me.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I wish that the sink in the bathroom was bigger. As it is now, it is too small.
