The workspaces are the highlight of the development.
It’s an air-conditioned floor of the terrace with a lovely view of the city and a perfect place for all who work from home who need a change of view every now and then.
With blossom street right at your doorstep, you couldn’t ask for a better location. My partner and I love walking down to blossom street for incredible food night after night.
There’s nothing really to say here. Everything has been great so far.
The building management itself is a charming group of people who are always ready to help you sort any issues. They’re are friendly and knows their residents well.
And they’ve always been quick to respond.
Nice development the gym is lacking slightly but is still good, the management company aren’t as good since the previous property manager went to work for zenith, previously maintenance was fixed next day now it takes weeks. Good events are thrown on too would recommend
Great location which feels outside the hussle and bussle but is still very central. Parking is limited though
That there was going to be developments built all around so you lose your view
Depends on the issue, some maintenance they acknowledge is broken but refuse to fix it because they don’t want to spend money
Design is very modern and fresh and management are very quick to deal with issues and are friendly.
Facilities are good and the rooftop is stunning and it’s good there’s a gym aswell.
Never had any issues with the lift and is always clean and tidy is the common areas
Very social area with shops close by.
Easy to get into city centre.
Parking close by too.
Traffic isn’t too bad either
it’s good that they have events on which I never knew before

It’s very nice with a space to have coffee and a small gym. The clubhouse on the rooftop is cozy and has a nice design. You’re sure to find a place that’s always clean and comfortable for people of all ages. The people at the reception are kind and helpful.
Ancoats is conveniently located with many delicious restaurants. There are a lot of new buildings being built around here, so it can be sometimes noisy if you open the windows.
There was once a year when there was no hot water, but it returned to normal after some time.
Even if it takes time, it will definitely be resolved
